2BE3 Series Water Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors are products developed by our company by integrating advanced imported technology. These products are not only highly efficient and energy-saving but also particularly suitable for long-term, continuous operation.
Operating under rough vacuum conditions, liquid ring pumps often face extremely harsh working environments. The 2BE3 series was designed with full consideration of its capability to handle various types of gases. It is widely used in industries such as papermaking, coal mining, power plants, vacuum filtration, chemical, petrochemical, and food processing.

The 2BE3 can be paired with various drive units, including belt drives, gearboxes, synchronous motors, and variable frequency drives. Additionally, to save space, a tandem operation mode driven by a single motor is available, with up to four pumps operating simultaneously in series.
When equipped with an intermediate partition, the left and right sections of the 2BE3 can operate at different vacuum levels. As long as the suction pressure difference between these two sections is less than 80 kPa, one 2BE3 vacuum pump can function as two independent vacuum pumps, further enhancing its operational flexibility.

The main structural features of our company's 2BE3 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are as follows:

Large inspection ports are provided on both sides of the pump cover, allowing for easy checking of clearance, corrosion, and scaling conditions.
The 2BE3 vacuum pump is manufactured with both top and side suction and discharge flanges, all of the same caliber, offering greater flexibility and convenience for on-site installation.
All bearings are imported original bearings, ensuring precise impeller positioning and high stability during operation.
Impellers are made entirely of ductile iron castings or welded steel/stainless steel plates, ensuring stability under various harsh conditions and significantly extending the service life of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
The pump body is entirely made of steel or stainless steel plates, enhancing the durability of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
The shaft sleeve, as the most vulnerable part, is entirely made of stainless steel, increasing its lifespan by five times compared to ordinary materials.
The pulley (for belt drive) uses standard high-precision tapered bush pulleys, ensuring reliable operation, long belt life, and easy disassembly.
The unique top-mounted air-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
All castings are produced using resin sand casting, resulting in excellent surface quality. No surface putty is required, allowing optimal heat dissipation for the 2BE3 vacuum pump.
Mechanical seals (optional accessories) are entirely imported, ensuring zero leakage during prolonged operation of the 2BE3 series vacuum pumps.

Note: 1. Motor voltage is determined based on motor power and user's electrical conditions.
　　 2. The vacuum pump speeds listed above are reference speeds; actual speeds are determined based on the drive type and customer requirements.
　　 3. For 2BE3 400/420 belt drives, optional speeds are: 327/349/393/446/475/498/527 rpm.
　　 4. Belt drives are not recommended for 2BE3 500 and above models.
　　 5. Installation dimensions for gearbox drives require determination of speed and gearbox manufacturer.
　　 6. The air extraction rates listed in the table are the maximum rates for the pump; actual rates vary with suction pressure. Please refer to the "performance curve" for selection.
　　 7. Note: Water temperature significantly affects the performance of water ring vacuum pumps. The performance curves are measured at a water temperature of 15°C. Therefore, when selecting a water ring vacuum pump, the air extraction rate should be corrected.
